Wow The people were so friendly from the time I arrived at the dealership. everyone was so proffesional from the advisors to the cashier. Also mnet the managers there which were very friendly. The work I had done was not only priced right, My Jeep works like a new vehicle again. My hats off to you guys at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep.

The service department tried to sell me a brake pad and disc job I didn't need. And worse, they say they replaced a tensioner and belt in July 2010, a $700 repair. If they actually did the work, it was done poorly. Just had to have it redone at a trusted mechanic. This service dept is at best inept and at worst criminal.
