The first time they fixed it I was charged 60.00 fee for what was wrong, to check everything out to see if everything connected to the problem was working properly. That night when I got at home, when they closed, it was not working properly, I took it back and they charged me another 60.00. They charged me another $60.00. Now that it is fixed, I feel it is over charged to find out what the problem was. I go in to have the fan blower fixed and then the switch operating the fan blower, the switch isn't working. To me that is double charging. I think they charged me double to find out what was wrong with it.
They did a good job with my car but their customer service is lacking. I went almost a week without my car. They would let me know something, but they closed for the day, and I would call in. It kept getting later and later each day, I called in, but got an answering machine. It was unprofessional. The people are friendly, and fixed my issues. They just didn't offer updates about my car to when I could expect it back.
The first time they did not get the transmission shift correct. We took it back and in there another 30 days, so 30 days the first time, and 30 days the other second time. I took it back but I am not happy with it. I paid the first time 600.00. The second time I ended up paying 700.00. I feel like they really messed it up worse than what it started it out to be. This last time, they gave me the excuse to put a computer brain in the car. This all started because the solenoid was not operating right in the transmission. I paid them the money instead of going to court.
I like their service, the check engine light on my Jeep Grand Cherokee keeps coming on every time I leave their shop. When I'm driving away from the shop the light comes back on but whenever it's in the shop the light never comes on, they told me it might be a fuel injector but they can't figure out which one it is.
I feel like they did damage to a new gas tank they had installed for over $1000.00. When we discovered damage same day and notified them and took back to them, they charged us an additional 700 dollars. We had to have the car back or they could have kept it as we were very aggravated at them. will never go there again and would tell people that think about going there that we think they are not honest.
I like the individuals there, and I like the way they talk to me. They take the time to explain everything to you, they even go over the bill with you in case there are any misunderstandings. They take their time and don't rush, if you don't know what is wrong they will take the time to figure out exactly what is wrong.
I had a complete transmission rebuild and the transmission had a shutter. It was taken back and the owner made repairs that eliminated he shutter but when accelerating the transmission shifts so hard it will actually jerk the entire vehicle. The check engine light came on after the first jerk and has not gone off. I talked to the owner on a Friday night a round 5:00 P.M when I picked up the vehicle, he told me to bring it back and he would look at it. I told him I had taken a job in Texas and the truck would not be back. His only response was to bring it back when you can.
