    I had a mechanic localy that always seemed fair in pricing; but rarely finished the work when promised. I had to have one of my cars towed by AAA and Hillman responded. I gave the driver the shop address. Shortly after, the driver called and said the repair shop I had asked him to take the car to was closed and the mechanic was on vacation. I asked him to tow it to is shop. To make a long story short, that was seven or eight years ago. Hillman's has always been fair and up front about their estimates, friendly and polite. They also get the work done as promised. I take both cars, Merc Grand Marquis and Hyndai Sonata, their and have referred many customers in the intervening years. The real miracle is that I have never had one of the friends that I referred complain about the shop. Oh, I also discovered that I was constantly overcharged by the previous person that I trusted completely.
