Our review of Highlands revealed an excellent mix of very experienced employees, as well as some new up and comers, with a core group that have been working together for many years - Service adviser Randy and their technician John have been working together at Highlands for 26 years! We like to see this blend of youth and experience as it bodes well for the future of any business. They have also demonstrated to us their commitment to on-going training which is critical in keeping up with the ever advancing automotive technologies. This shop has been family owned and operated since 1948 and their sights are focused on the present as well as the future. You will find them open on Saturdays for your convenience and after hours drop off is available should the need arrise.
