    Recently we took our very well maintained 2003 Toyota Rav4 to this place for its 112,000 mile engine oil and filter change. The guy who performed the service told us that the engine needed an engine oil flush. After we refused to agree with the extra $99 for the “flush”, they called up the manager and warning us that if we did not do it, the engine will fail and they won’t be responsible if our car brake down later.
