The car is a 03 hyundai tiburon gt tuscani. 6 speed manual. I think that it is my clutch, but im not 100% possitive. The car starts fine. But when I put the car in 1st gear and press the gas I get a delayed and slow response with little acceleration. If I press the gas pedal to the floor I don't get any response at all except for the rpms skyrocketing. Same applies after I get it going and go into 2nd gear. I get the most response from 3rd - 5th gear and don't get that good of a response from 6th. No matter what gear I am in I don't get any response from pressing the gas pedal fully except skyrocketing rpms. Not sure if there would be a quick fix for it or if im going to have to replace the clutch / flywheel. Anyone have any ideas?

Your clutch is most probably shot and by what you have said you have even ruined the flywheel. At the least you will need to get the clutch disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing, pilot bearing replaced and the flywheel machined.
