I have just installed some H.I.D. lights and they work awesome, but when my day lights are on the passenger side light doesn't come on. Now at night or when the sun's not out they work fine. Is it not enough voltage or what?

Are these aftermarket lights? Were they made for this vehicle?
If not, then you have introduced components that are not made for the system, which means diagnosing this problem can get pretty tricky. I would double check everything, and see if you can contact the mfg of the HID lights and see if they have heard of this problem.

I did purchase aftermarket lights, but I was told they're for my vehicle. I followed instructions and they were varely easy to installe. I've checked all my connections and set up and it all looks good. See my lights don't have any problems at night just durring the day time, and even then some time they both work.

So it sounds like there is a solar sensor that turns the lights on when it is dark, and this system may be affected by the aftermarket lights. The system is designed to operate with the original lights, and these lights may be "confusing" the system. I would still try and contact the manufacturer of the lights and see what they say. Let me know what you find out!
