Question: hey I have a 99 escort with a blower motor not working I have no power to motor.

I ground out the single wire and nothing. all fuses are good. How do I test relay or resistor

    you may have fried the blower motor resistor and check plug sometimes they overheat and melt the plug it is located in air box under pass side dash or may beon outside under hood
