Here's the problem(s). The car overheats and dies while driving. on 2000 Ford Taurus

My Taurus needs to be jump started. Once started I can only drive a mile or two before the car overheats and dies. Once cool, I have to jump start it again to get it going, and the process repeats. I have replaced the water pump, thermostat, blower resistor motor switch, lower hose from radiator to engine, and still the same issue continues. The check engine light is on. The low coolant light is on even when the coolant level is actually full. Any ideas from here?
