1990 Porsche 944 Question: here is the deal, i have a nice porsche 944 but it has a small electrical problem...

once in about a month when i turn a blinker on the wipers turn on and my cruise controll is in working condition but my switch on the turn signal doesnt work it. and my wiper pump wont turn on even tho i got a new one. is it something in my steering column or a couple fuses i need check. HELP
