Message from the Shop

Heinley's Car Care Center was established in 1965 by Mr. Norwood Heinley. He has since retired, but is still a presence and influence with us. Since 1997, Heinley's Car Care Center has been owned and operated by Mike Jones. Mr. Jones was first employed with Heinley's as a technician in 1974. He was then promoted to manager and now is the owner. Heinley's has taken pride in the fact the we have serviced Richardson and the surrounding areas faithfully and sincerely for many years.

    The service I received at Heinley's was fantastic. I was a first time customer and my car had been handling rough. A friend recommended them, so I took my car in. They got me in immediately, checked it out and within the half hour knew what was wrong. They came to me with the problem and a very reasonable estimate to fix it. They even took me home while they performed the repairs, not that I wouldn't have minded staying, since the lobby is one of the most comfortable "homey" auto shop lobby's I've even been in. I will definitely return to Heinleys in the future!
