Why does my fan only blow on the high setting, front and rear?

If the fan only operates on the high setting the fuses, and fan motor are OK, it is usually a sign that the fan control resistor pack has failed. It is located on the passenger side front strut tower in the engine compartment only takes a few minutes to change.
