Heating Core on 1995 Buick Roadmaster

Can someone please tell me where is a heating core located in a 1995 buick roadmaster ... inside car or under the hood in engine?

It's inside the car, behind the dashboard. If you look in the engine compartment, you'll see two coolant hoses attaching to the firewall, these two hoses are attached to the heater core inside the vehicle.

Coming from the firewall to the engine.......does the hose connecting heater core to engine bay, is this a vent or does this hose route back to the engine or heater control valve? I cant find what ...
Is the valve bad?? Also this Buick has climate control and is not a manual control heat or cooling system. Over the last three to four years getting less and less heat until NONE these last few day...
