    I have never "enjoyed" bringing my car to a mechanic becuase of the reputation that goes along with industry. I was always afraid that I would be ripped off...As soon as I walked into Heath's I instantly felt at ease. The repairs were not only explained to me clearly but i was given sound advice about what needed to be fixed then and there and what could wait. The pld parts were shown to me and I was even given a lesson on what that part does! There was no hiding what goes on in the shopit is totally open and I have never seen such a clean shop!!! The professionalism was something I don't even see in other businesses. I was so happy to leave knowing I didn't get ripped off, my car was fixed the correct way and I had finally found a mechanic I could TRUST!!! To top it off I was sent a hand written thank you! Who does that anymore??
