On my 2004 Buick Century the heater fan always works fine, but I only get cold air from vents. How do I fix this problem?

when the engine is warmed up touch the heater core hoses going into the firewall,if one feels much cooler then the other then you'll need to backflush the heatercore.a simple garden hose hooked to the smaller line coming off the firewall is all you will need.run the water for only a few seconds letting the excess drain on the ground(unless your a green person)rehook the hoses and check for heat.any air trapped in the system will get purged back to the overflow tank so you'll be ok in that aspect.check the baume with a hydrometer to make sure you have freeze over and boilover protection.

When the heater only works on high, the most common problem is a blower motor resistor. The correct repair is to replace it with a new resistor.
