1999 Mercury Mystique Question: heater motor not working

heater motor is not working I checked the fuse and I don't believe the motor itself is bad any ideas ? -
Answer 1
You may have a blower motor resistor that could be failed. This is under the right side dash in line to the blower motor. Check the wiring connector too. -
