heater hose connector broke, hose not attached anymore, need to replace connector on 1999 Chevrolet 1500 Pickup

driving down the road, low coolant warning appeared, then went hot. Under the hood the heater hose had broken away from the firewall. it was the hose on the right side at firewall if looking at the firewall from the front of the truck. don't know if this is supply or return. anyway seems to be a connector that has broken. need to know how to replace the part also the part number if possible, and have been told this is a dealer item??? thanks David
