Question: heater fan/dash lights

 Rookie

when i cut my ignition off the heater fan keeps blowing and some of my dash lights stay on,if i move the key back to just about the start position it stops,help

  Sounds like a bad ignition switch.

• control panel lighting - bulb replacement
  how do I get to the bulb that lights the heater / fan control panel to replace it? It is located in the center of the dashboard, below the radio.
