Heater doesnt blow cold air on 2004 Dodge Stratus

Fan runs at all speeds, but no heat.. Is there a switch that operates the heat/cooling in the car? a/c works great just wont switch over to heat.

These cars have a blend air door that controls the amount of airflow through the heater core, if the door stops working you wont have any cooling or heat, depends on where the door sticks.
There is a technical service bulletin (TSB) from Dodge that helps to determine what the problem is with the system, have your repair shop look at TSB 24-002-04 REV. A
That is very helpful info as I have been having the same issue for years on my 02 Stratus so long I usually don't drive it in the winter at all and haven't for years but my other vehicle is broken down so I need to find a cheap fix I can do myself. I've checked both hoses and they do get hot I am planning on pulling half the dash so I can feel if the heater coil is hot... I've cleaned out the fan and the heater coil before its not hard to locate but looks hard to replace but again I don't believe that's the issue as I've had actuator issues before... I've had to replace the fan speed control, reset the vent direction actuator a few times and for the A/C I had to run a wire into the car to a toggle on the ground side for the relay to work and this solved my A/C issues but heat is much more important... Also if you could post a URL to the site that would be much appreciated... Thanks...
