heater core on 1991 Ford Explorer

is there anything that i can buy to seal the heater core leak to keep from replacing the entire heater core at the present time

Likely not, sealers can also cause further problems down the road.

Also FYI - this heater core is EASY to replace. There is an access point under the dash. It does not require dash removal. You can actually do this one yourself if you are mechanically inclined...
