My heater doesn't warm up but the blower works. There's is a clicking noise whenever I turn on the heater. What's the problem and how do I fix the problem?

MasterIt sounds like your blend door motor gear is stripped. This is the door that directs the air over either your heater core or your A/C evaporator core to blend the air together for the desired temp. if you are sure that you hear a clicking when you turn the dail for heat, ryt turning it to a cold setting and then back to a hot setting. If you hear a clicking then I would have a good heater and A/C tech look at it. Some Ford blend door motors are very hard to replace if that is in fact the real problem.
