2003 Ford Explorer Question: Heater blows but no heat just clicking.
It sounds like your blend door motor gear is stripped. This is the door that directs the air over either your heater core or your A/C evaporator core to blend the air together for the desired temp. if you are sure that you hear a clicking when you turn the dail for heat, ryt turning it to a cold setting and then back to a hot setting. If you hear a clicking then I would have a good heater and A/C tech look at it. Some Ford blend door motors are very hard to replace if that is in fact the real problem. - dandd
