1999 Ford Windstar Q&A
1999 Ford Windstar Question: Heater Blowing Out Cold Air All The Time
Make sure the thermostat is operating properly, you can do this fairly easily by looking at the temperature gauge and making sure the engine is getting up to operating temperature, if it's not, or it takes a long time, replace the themostat. These vehicles have a door that diverts airflow though the heater core, if the system that controls this door, or the door itself are broken, it will cause this problem too. - Bret Bodas
