Heater on 2001 Ford Taurus

Where is the heater control valve? getting cold air but heater core and hoses have been replaced.

First of all make sure the thermostat is operating correctly. Is the engine getting up to operating temperature? These cars have a blend door, which blends the air from the heater and air conditioner to get the desired temperature. I would look into that and see if the door is functioning properly.
