My override flashes and also my heater does not blow hot air. We have replaced switch and flushed out system, what else could it be and service engine lite stays on.

    Probably two different problems. The check engine light is related to the emissions system, and the heater issue is related to the climate control system. These are both fairly complex systems that need to be diagnosed to determine what is wrong.
