Question: heat blower not working

• Why am I not getting heat in my car nor cool air when needed?
  When I set the control for heat, nothing comes out. When I set it for cool air, again nothing.

• radio
  The radio will work when car is in park but when you put it into gear the radio stops working and also the air and heat the blower on the same panel with the radio does not work

  No overheating, no leak in coolant. A/C works great. I was told to clean my vents, but how?
