it blows but not heat or air conditioner

    I need more specific information to help you as there are (2) totally different Sebrings. One is the Convertible and the other a 2dr Coupe. The 2dr Coupe is built by Mitsubushi Motors, The Mitsubushi Built vehicle uses calbes to control the HVAC heat and A/C modes, where as the Convertible (Domestic) is controlled electronically. In either case, your concern sounds like a control issue.
