Noises are most difficult to find because you can hear them but not see them. Diagnosing noises over the computer is near impossible. What is needed is much more information to try to narrow down the possibilities. Driving conditions, speed, engine rpm, temperature, road surface, engine temp, and load all have a part in diagnosing. The more information you can give a technician the better they can narrow down the possibilities.
