Question: hear noise like loose bolt on my rear tire or my tire is out of alingment.

this happen when i am trying to slow down, ready to stop.no squeezing so i dont think its the brake

    pull the rear tire and see if you have drums or disc. check brake shoes and caliper if disc and remove drum check shoes and springs if drum. something loose does not sound good. but theres really not much bake there but shocks sway bar or brakes

    I agree, sounds like the brake hardware failed and is bouncing around in the drum brakes.
