Headlights do not work on 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis

Not the fuse and not the switch. Could it be LMC? how much to repair

How did you rule out the switch as the point of failure? 90% of the time, your failure is due to the switch and wiring connector at the switch. Look for burnt terminals. Did you eliminate the switch as an issue by replacing it, or by circuit testing the terminals? The other 9% of the time, bulbs are burned out. And the last 1% could be a wiring issue elsewhere or the LCM...I just doubt it significantly.
