My headlight burned out and I replaced the bulb-it will only work on high beam-what else do I need to do?

Assuming that the other headlight works properly, I'd say recheck your work and test the power at the headlight bulb connector. Maybe the terminal is corroded or spread and isn't making contact with the bulb terminals. If you don't have power at the connector on low beam, then check the wiring for damage or bad connections. You may need an auto electric shop or a Kia specialist for help if you can't find the problem.
