This kind of estimate has to be seen in person at your local auto body shop as there are many small parts and fasteners involved in a repair like this. Stop by a couple of local body shops and get estimates to repair this as they can order the parts and repair this professionally.

There are three bolts 8mm on the top mount bracket that hold the headlight assembly in place. Remove the bolts and the light wiring.
