Question: headbolt to stud washer nut conversion

Is it posible to install studs, washers, and nuts with the engine in the car and have room to reinstall the heads. Do the torque values change, or torque sequence. Is the headbolt torque value the same for the 90 and 91 TBSC the same.

MasterI think the Ford engineers designed this engine to use headbolts and I see fel-pro recommends head bolt replacement when replacing the headgasket they run about $37 for a replacement set
