how much does it cost to replace head gaskets ?should i reolace water pump at the same time>

You can get a free estimate for the headgasket replacement here: http://bit.ly/RepairPrice_Estimator I would replace the water pump, the coolant hoses, vacuum hoses and drive belts if they show any signs of wear. Now is the time to do these things, you don't want to have to go tear apart the engine again to replace something that is being removed during this repair.

99 percent of the time its the pass side head gasket so there is no need to do both but this has to be verified usaully the glow plugs should be removed and a pressure test done to determine were the coolant is going
