was at a red light when the car died.shop said it was head gasket and tining belt.now after having car for 18 days and not touching it,they say its not worth fixing ,it will need a new motor.even after saying that no other damage to car because it was not moving at the time.is it fixable or no worth it.as they had me buy the parts already.

2000 Nissan Quest Question: head gasket and timing belt

Sounds like the valves hit the pistons when the timing belt broke and if probably isn't worth putting a new engine in, Return the parts while they are returnable.
