Head gasket on 1997 Chrysler LHS

My car was overheating.Replaced thermostat,housing,sending unit,vacumn.fan relay and bleed it.Still overheats.How do I know if its the head gasket(Has an automatic shut down when hot)

need ot remove plugs and put shop air into cylinder with piston at bottom dead center to see if coolant comes out the radiator. Roy

water leaking at transmission bellhousing....how can I check to see if its cracked head, blown head-gasket, or an internal crack in the block? Water is leaking from weep-hole on back of the block.
cooling fans wont come on,but work when straight wired at the engine coolant sensor
temperature gauge remain normal on the highway,in traffic temperature gauge starts to rise
