1991 Honda Civic Question: Head gasket

 Rookie

I'm selling my 1991 Honda Civic with a blown head gasket. I have someone that wants to drive it home. It starts and runs and little rough. If I put water in the radiator. Will ill be OK to drive?

    If the engine is running hot, then no, you can do more damage by driving it. If too much coolant is getting into the cylinders, then you can also damage the engine.
    I would caution them against driving it, but ultimately it's their choice. If they are OK with buying a vehicle with a blown headgasket, they may be OK with this risk as well.
