    Every time I go in they always want me to spend an additional $300-$500. A new alternator, or radiator flush, etc. Just seems crooked. The bottom line when I decided I will never return was they broke my hood prop, left it on top of the engine (which could have gotten caught in my belt), didn't tell me they broke it, and when I went in to confront them, they were willing to fix it but they needed a week to get the little plastic part. Very unsatisfied customer.
