Have you ever heard about the dashboard problem happening with this model? on 2005 Lexus RX330

Lexus 2005-2010 dashboard finish cracks up and falls off. My Lexus has only 79k and well maintained but looks awful now with this happening. LEXUS REFUSES TO FIX IT. WHAT CAN I DO. CANNOT NOT FIND SOMEONE TO DO IT AND CANNOT AFFORD TO FIX IT AT THE DEALER THAT CHARGED ME 3K IN PARTS AND LABOR!

See a lot of post on this site for this problem, especialy from Fl. Lexus & Toyota models. Call corporate office, not dealer, and let them know about it at least. Maybe if enough customers complain, they might do something about this, besides ignor it!!

I will try that as a Attorney also told me the same thing. I thought the Customer Satisfaction department was at the corporate office. Thanks for the reply. Sol

That problem is a recall... I got a letter in the mail about a month ago whereas you have to take the car back to the dealer to have it repaired for no charge

Yep... It worked, finally .. When 'enough people' get involved, can get a lot of stuff accomplished! Hummm.. Screen name seems familiar...
