Question: have power but wontt start

lights are on, radio ,and lights on dash board

    Is the fuel pump kicking on at all? Have some stand next to the gas tank, turn the key to "on" and you should hear a buzzing noise which is the fuel pump. If not then you might need a new Relay Switch or the pump can be shot.
