This has shown before after hosing down engine, but would clear itself. This time no change even after several days, so plugs, cap, rotor, wires, were changed and still the same symptom and same code appears.

    You need fuel spark and compression to light it off. Did you use a scan tool to clear the code?

    Hello i agree with Hal on this one and you might want to replace the ignition coil on cylinder number one or swap it with another ignition coil and see if the fault code changes.HAVE A BLESS DAY from DR. RECO.
