my 1998 neon blows out cold air and when i drive it the car over heats
have no heat at all but when i drive the car over heats on 1998 Plymouth Neon
first checkk the coolant level. if it is low, add as necessary and have it checked out for leaks. if it is full, look for a bad thermostat or a possible blown head gasket. remove the oil cap and look for a milky substance. this is an indicator of water in the oil. if this is not addressed, then severe damage to the bearings will result.
