Question: Have fluid coming out of wheel

All my brakes locked up they all was very hot. Fixed that problem. Now have fluid coming out of the center of wheel? It has a boot on the axle. What could this be? How to fix?

    If its the front wheel its probably the caliper leaking or the flexible brake line to the caliper and if you have rear drums then it more than likely the wheel cylinder leaking
