1994 Mazda B2300 Question: have a problem with winshield wiper motor not working is there a relay somewhere

would like to change the motor but the cowel is welded is there another way to get to the wiper motor or is there another fuse somewhere other then the dashboard

    the panel should be removable to access the plug to ck pwr and grd.

    on this this 94 vehcle there is two acess panals on the fire wall. i did get to change out the motor,but the wipers still dont work.could be the switch? how can i hook up the wiring to the battery and a new switch ?theres 4 wires red black blue white which ones would go together to pos and neg?
