I changed the lower intake , upper intake and valve cover gaskets. Also changed the plugs and plug wires along with the thermostat and hoses and water pump. Now when I crank it is hard to start and runs rough. Also it' sounds like a lifter it tapping. Sometime it quits and as you rev it up it starts back. Any suggestions I've checked all of the vacum lines, and check the plug wires to make sure there in there right location. Also when I pulled the injectors and fuel rail I replaced all orings

Change the oil ,u must of got coolant in there when you changed the intake..

What would your next step be, pull it back down or pull plugs and inspect for contact

Check the plugs for any sign of gap change. Bent tip. Bore scope would be very handy as well.
