won't come down from 1100 rpm, got new IAC valve, did not fix,

    Make sure the throttle valve settings are correct and that the throttle cable is adjusted properly. Check for DTC's too.

    You may have a vacuum leak which is allowing air past the throttle body. Look for a broken or disconnected vacuum line. Do you have a Service Engine Soon Light on?
