RepairPal’s Comprehensive Evaluation
The heart and driving force behind Harlan Automotive is owner and ASE Master Tech, Mike Harlan, who has been managing the shop since 1991. As a young man, cars were just his hobby and he went on to receive a degree in biology and chemistry with the intent of going pre-med. Instead of going to medical school though, he decided to open Harlan Automotive, saying he'd rather work on cars than people. Harlan Automotive is a NAPA Auto Care Center that really focuses on catering to their customers' needs by providing Saturday hours, a shuttle service, and a nice waiting room. With high scores on every section of our certification, it's easy to see why we selected Harlan Automotive to join the RepairPal Certified network.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I walked into the office and she did not acknowledge that I was there. She picked up the office phone called and talked to a customer, then picked up her cell phone. Finally after she was finished with her phone calls she asked how could she help me. I feel like she could have handled me, the customer, better than she did!
