After I fill my tank with gas. Try to start my car, all it does is turnover and turnover (like it is flooded) and will not fire.
I then hold the gas pedal to the floor (did not pump the pedal) and proceed to start car. It does start right away, I hold my foot on the gas pedal and hold it there on a higer idle for about a minute. Then I can drive away. This is the 5th fill (5 weeks) since it started to do this.

How often do you drive the vehicle, stop it, then restart it withing 5 minutes? Basically recreating the same condition, but without filling the fuel tank? Do you always fill the tank? And to you "top it off"?
