    Jim Hanna, the shop's owner, is a terrifically competent mechanic and businessman. Supremely honest, straightforward, efficient, and friendly.

    Prices are about the same as local competitors'. In cases where rates are higher, the difference is made up in quality of service and faster turnaround time.

    Most repairs have a turnaround time of one business day; more complicated repairs, depending on availability of parts, labor intensity, and so on, may take up to five days. I have had no repair take longer than one business week -- not even when the shop had to scour junk yards to find a suitable replacement for the rear axle of a 1986 Ford Crown Victoria (at the time, the vehicle was over 19 years old).

    The only drawback is that the shop closes at 5 PM on weekdays; however, arrangements (within reason) can be made with Jim to accommodate your schedule.
