They are always professionals, thorough, detail-oriented, and accommodating. I always recommend them highly based on my experience.

Service is good, online scheduling does not work. Limited hours (last appointment @ 4:00 and no Saturdays), difficult for people who work during the week to schedule quick, routine services.

I have usually had good service from Hall's but had a bad experience this time. I was told it would take an hour as usual but when I followed up after 70 minutes, I was told that it would be 30 minutes more. Turned out that another customer's car gave them problems but they never came and told us about the delays - no communication at all until I followed up. There was no excuse for that. That poor woman ended up being there for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change instead on the one hour they promised her. They did give me the tire rotation for free after I complained. I will give them that - they stepped up finally.
Wait time is long and service is not always that great.
I was told I didn't need an appointment when I called. When I got there I was yelled at because I didn't have an appointment.
I took my vehicle in for an oil change. My vehicle requires extra oil, I was assured that the oil was added. A few weeks later the check engine light came on. I checked the oil level an it was a few quarts low. I had to go out and purchase more oil.
I have always been pleased with there service.
