  BODY SHOP REVIEW--'92 Lexus needed Pearl White bumper painted, the yellow plastic underneath was showing through. Haley's body shop attempted several times to buff/paint the bumper but the result never rose to their level of satisfaction (the bumper cover's plastic was too far gone). So after several attempts they returned my car and charged me nothing. If I had paid full price, I might not have been completely satisfied, but it certainly looks better than it did when I took it in (and it's now over a year later). I appreciate their high standards in the body shop, and I will certainly think of them first when I need paint or body work in the future.

  I have taken in 3 times for oil and tire rotation. Bought car there also. Each visit people work hard to make customer feel important. They listen well and say thank you. Great job !

  I had air conditioning work done on my Pontiac Grand Am and I was told that it was fixed. It did not work and I am displeased with the service as a whole and I have tried to resolve this issue and nothing has been done or said to my satisfaction.

  Great quick service on getting rid of the bump and squawk at stop. Not alot of faith in "free 27 point inspection" since tires are 10 days old, breaks on front are 6 days old, marked marginal. Wiper blade with tear in it, is marked as good, rear breaks (10% left) are just about wore out and marked marginal. Hood was dirty going in, no marks that it even went up or down in dirt. Again, it's free, but the problem is, it was never looked at but marked as it had been checked.

  I dont have a problem with the repair work, that was fine. The problem is in representing a safety inspection. What if there was a true safety issue??????
